At istado, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Not show signs of damage, stains, perfume, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Accessories and intimate wear
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to improper use
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Size replacement requests (subject to stock availability)
If you need an exchange, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will work quickly to resolve the matter.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank for processing updates
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after placement.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
